Formed in 2019, Sunrise Corner Economic Development & Tourism is a partnership of the Rural Municipalities of Piney and Stuartburn in southeastern Manitoba. Our goal is to improve the economic well-being and quality of life in our communities by creating jobs and supporting and growing incomes and the tax base. We have structured our efforts around four pillars: tourism, existing business expansion, agriculture/forestry/industry, and home-based jobs and businesses. We support local businesses through strong relationships with organizations like Piney Regional Chamber of Commerce, Community Futures Triple R, and Eastman Tourism, among others.
