In 1993, C. Peter McMillian, Jr., founded the professional recruiting firm Excellence In Search Inc. He then recruited and placed James Ciricola in an IT Developer position. These two professionals with complimenting backgrounds developed a friendship and later established Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. in August of 1997. Today, EIS is a strategic Technical Consulting and IT Staffing firm based in Cleveland, Ohio.
