An idea was born in Kleve, Germany in 1972 when three friends decided to plan, design and manufacture luminaries for architectural and landscape spaces with a vision to cater the demands of architects and designers by converting their designs from blue print to reality. As a result, ELTE Licht GmbH was established. From the beginning, ELTE has been participating in World Light Fair held in some countries and established itself firmly in Europe as well as delivering to projects in the Middle East. Presently ELTE caters the requirements of end-clients, architects, lighting designers and contractors from its wide range of LED lighting products for indoor, outdoor and linear flexible lighting applications. Our goal is to re-establish ELTE brand world-wide offering highly innovative and sustainable lighting solutions. With exclusive business agreements with OEMs based in European and Far-Eastern countries, all products are manufactured under quality-control and quality-assurance programs and certified according to European Certification Laboratories. ELTE utilizes best-in-the-industry and top quality body material, reflectors and optics, LED drivers and controllers for all its luminaire range.
