The International Emergency Department Leadership Institute (IEDLI) was created by Harvard Medical School faculty and other international experts to provide emergency department leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to operate successful emergency departments around the world.
IEDLI offers four interactive courses with in-person workshops, seminars, group work, and personal mentoring from expert faculty. All courses encourage participants to engage actively with the course material and think critically about the implications for their own emergency departments.
IEDLI is designed for hospital leaders and emerging leaders including physicians, nurses, and administrators. After completion of this program, participants will have a set of core competencies which will allow them to begin, or continue working towards, developing an integrated emergency department.
IEDLI past and upcoming attendees are invited to join the IEDLI alumni group. Join the group here: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/3365388/
