Elmar Marinas LLC is a company established in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain at United Arab Emirates, specialized in the manufacturing of floating pontoons, complete marinas, boardwalks as well as marina components and accessories such as aluminum gangways, SS bollards, swim ladders, helical anchors, elastic anchoring systems, floating barriers and floating islands for solar panels. ELMAR factory has a skilled workforce of 260 occupied in three sections, carpentry, GRP, and metal fabrication. In 2020, the company introduced a new range of modular pontoons that have been designed to outlast the harshest weather conditions ranging from the extremely high temperatures of the Middle East, to the coldest waters of the Artic seas. These pontoons are stable, durable, very elegant and most of all, are totally unsinkable. They are crafted with the finest resins, similar to the ones used to build luxury yachts. The pontoons are made from 100% non-corrosive and certified environmentally friendly material and their life expectancy is estimated to be in excess of 50 years. The modules can be used as stand-alone, for various applications such as swimming platforms or for mooring private boats, jet skis and kayaks, or they can be connected together in various combinations in order to form commercial size marinas that can accommodate super yachts. Three modules can be stacked and exported in 40' containers worldwide. Their Installation procedure has been configured to be easy and simple so that a team of three people, without any specialized skills, can install a marina within hours.
