ADMIC Lebanon is a privately held Lebanese company involved in retail business, established in 1996 and is currently the franchise for four major retail brands in Middle East under exclusive franchise agreements:
Monoprix – Supermarkets, franchise of Monoprix, France.
BHV (le Bazar de l'Hôtel de Ville) – Department store, franchise of BHV, France.
Galeries Lafayette – Department store, franchise of Galeries Lafayette, France. and
Géant – Hypermarket, franchise of the Casino Group, France.
In 2009, ADMIC expended its business to UAE by opening the largest department store in Dubai for Galeries Lafayette, that is the one and only store outside Europ.
In 2010 and for the first time in Syria, ADMIC opened its Monoprix stores in Damascus and Aleppo, in addition to its Home & Deco retail home decoration outlet in Damascus.
The first Monoprix supermarket opened in Roan – France in 1932, and the total number of Monoprix stores in France only and till date is around 450 stores.
