Our firm specializes in geotechnical engineering, geological studies, condition surveys, forensic investigations and geophysics to evaluate subsurface conditions. We also own and operate our own drill rig for soil and rock sampling, allowing us to better control data obtained and allow us to change our exploration plan quickly when needed.

Dr. Wayne A. Karem, D. GE PE, PG: formerly a part time professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky; currently an advisor to the civil engineering department at the Western Kentucky University and Kentucky Association of Economic Developers,KSPE,ASCE. He is a diplomate of geotechnical engineering per the ASCE.
Mr. W. Robert Folsom, MSCE, PE ,ASCE: Active in the Kentucky Geotechnical Engineering Group, the Structural Engineers Association of Kentucky, and the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. L. Wayne Cassady, PE: Retired president of the Louisville Riverport Authority, where he was instrumental in attracting and maintaining large employers for the Greater Louisville Area. As an engineer, he was heavily involved with developing long term transportation and facilities planning. At Vector, Wayne brings over 30 years of experience to enhance the Company's goals.
Mr. Matt Slusser, MSCE, PE: Vector's Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Active is micro pile design, heavy municipal work, and is one of Vector's client service award winners.
Mr. John D. Conway, BSCE, PE: Vector's engineer in charge of construction material testing and special inspections. John has 3 years of engineering experience and worked several years in the horse farm fence industry as a laborer.
