We accept Medicare, Medicaid and all forms of private insurance, as well as provide a sliding-scale fee structure, for self-pay patients, based on family size and income. Quality: Because we are a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are required to meet stringent federal guidelines for both our clinical care and our administrative processes.
