Established in 2011, ALMOND is a real estate investment company specialising in the granular niche. With a highly qualified team, supported by our own technology in constant development and processes refined over the years, we have contributed to the professionalization of this new asset class and given the opportunity to hundreds of people to have their first quality home, with high standards of design, functionality and energy efficiency. Our activity focuses on two main branches: 1. Investment for sale: has been the engine of our growth, relying on our own effort and resources, reinvesting every euro we have generated (being profitable from the first year), we have managed to go from a turnover of €60,000 our first year, to more than 16M in 2022 accumulating more than 60M in sales. 2. Rental investment: having refined the processes, established the team and created the proprietary technology needed to take the next step, in 2023 we launched the first carefully selected granular residential vehicle in city centres, in partnership with the most sophisticated institutional capital. The investment volumes and number of properties are huge, we are set to take the living experience to another level, improving the outdated rental housing stock, paying special attention to aspects such as energy efficiency and design, adapting homes to the new needs and tastes of tenants. The granular market is virtually infinite and the growth potential is exponential. Almond will continue to achieve its ambitious goals with a focus on real profitability for our company and our partners, and always seeking to meet the needs of sellers, buyers, tenants, cities and all parties involved in our journey.
