5. Providing General AML/CFT advice on daily operations (both to the obliged entity and its Compliance Officer), including updates on any regulatory changes related to AML/CFT and new money laundering/terrorism financing typologies.
6. Assisting with procedures before the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) regarding registration and data updates for the Obliged Entity and its Compliance Officer.
7. Providing assistance in assessing compliance gaps with AML/CFT regulations to facilitate the client's annual internal audits.
8. Advising on the development of annual AML/CFT training programs (mandatory) and conducting the training sessions.
9. Assisting in the evaluation of potential risks and the development of technological tools.
10. Providing support during inspections/supervisions by the UIF or other specific regulatory bodies (Central Bank, National Securities Commission, National Superintendence of Insurance, National Institute of Social Economy).
11. Offering legal assistance in any administrative proceeding initiated by the UIF.
12. Providing legal support for appeals to the Administrative Courts (against fines imposed by the UIF) through strategic partners.
