From TMS's website (Jan. 2010): "TMS, Toyota’s U.S. sales and marketing arm, oversees sales and other operations in 49 states. TMS regional offices coordinate Toyota and Scion vehicle sales, parts and service for dealers in 10 regional areas, with two additional regions being served by private distributors. Of the 1,235 Toyota dealers located throughout the U.S., 982 are authorized to sell Scion vehicles."
