At Norlax, we are specialised in smoked or marinated salmon and trout. All types of products come in different variants and sizes to meet the expectations and demands of the end consumers. For more than 100 years, we have processed our fish with traditional methods that have survived the toll of time throughout generations. And we still use these methods today. Today, we produce approximately 4,000 tons finished goods yearly, which are either sold as our own brand, or under private label. A highly specialised staff of 200 employees has provided the foundation for successfully expanding globally.
