Incolabs Pty Ltd is the distributor of Cosmetics & Skin Care manufactured for it by a third party contractor. Incolabs was established in Australia in 1960, distributing the Innoxa brand in Australia & overseas markets including New Zealand & Malaysia. Incolabs was acquired by Soda Brands Ltd in December 2008. Soda Brands Ltd recently changed its name to Heritage Brands Ltd & has now acquired Creative Brands Ltd.
