K & R is an independent and innovative project management and consultancy company in The Netherlands. We are specialized in sustainable buildings and building services (MEP/HVAC). We use state-of-the-art technologies and design tools in our work. To further enhance our work, we use new technology to simulate and visualize various design solutions for our clients. Therefore we use Virtual Reality and building simulation tools. In our design work, cost expertise (life cycle costing) is fully integrated. This cost expertise is unique in our industry. We have a large network in the construction industry in the Netherlands (GC's and MEP contractors).
