Scottish Bakers is the Trade Association for the production, retail and craft bakery sector in Scotland The sector has more than 600 companies employing approximately 12,000 people. The Association is the main provider of bakery skills training in the UK providing work based learning for bakers, retailers, managers and owner managers in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland north and south.
