Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) was the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) contracted with the state of Arizona to manage the publicly funded behavioral healthcare system in Pima County. Founded and based in Tucson, CPSA served as the RBHA from 1995-September 2015. CPSA received funding from the Arizona Department of Health Services Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS), Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
