Fractional is an Open Directory and an Education Resource for Kiwi Founders, CEOs and local Fractional Leaders. A Fractional Leadership model can transform the way a company works. Our mission with fractional.co.nz is to make it simple to understand how, and to show companies an unbiased view of all publicly available Fractional Leaders that operate here in Aotearoa New Zealand. Unlike a Fractional Marketplace which offers work contracts to a limited group of experts - we hope to level the playing field and guide the intuition of those hiring Fractionally. Instead of being directed to a specific pond, we intend to teach people to fish in the rich existing talent pool using a future Fractional Leader's skillset, values, where they're located and which deliverables they can create that will have the highest impact on a Company. Fractional.co.nz is free to Companies, has no membership fee for Fractional Leaders, and is monetised through a small finders fee charged to Directory Members, if they successfully generate work through us a source.
