Burcombe Haulage Ltd is an established haulage business run by the Batten family from its operations base at St Dominick, near Saltash, Cornwall. Started by Richard and Maxine Batten over 30 years ago, the business has successfully grown to a point where it now employs over 55 staff and operates a modern fleet of more than 45 vehicles. A large part of the Company’s success can be credited to its staff which includes all the drivers, the mechanics and those in the office. The family element within the business is now stronger than ever with both daughters, Carina and Nicola, playing leading roles in the day-to-day running of Burcombe Haulage. Success has been achieved by providing our customers with a reliable, efficient and friendly service. Working closely with our customers and understanding their business requirements is key to the way we operate. We can provide a wide range of haulage/transport services, be it ground clearance and related work through our tippers, the movement of goods through our partnership with The Pallet Network or general haulage utilising our flat beds and artics.
