Besides our own website at railsmartr.co.uk, our technology also powers journey planning, ticket retailing, after sales, delay repay, pre-travel comms and more for Caledonian Sleeper, Heathrow Express, Arriva Group, Omio and Uber. We also own 50% of On Track Retail (the other 50% is owned by the Go-Ahead Group). OTRL provides online ticket retailing for GTR (Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern and Thameslink) and also for Southeastern.
