Established in 2001, we set out on a mission. Our mission was simple: to deliver quality training.
Founded on the notion that we needed to elevate the level of service in hospitality across New Zealand, we weren’t about to tick boxes, we were here to change that. We wanted to offer meaningful solutions that created lasting impressions.
We designed a unique style of learning that allowed our students to gain practical knowledge, and we were determined to focus on student achievement for all students at any level. We had created something truly special.
From the beginning we were committed to helping local businesses and organisations to perform and operate at a high standard. At our core, we believe that every business has the right to exceptional service and for staff to be inspired to learn and grow.
We provided a lifetime service, always being available to help and give continuous support. This reinforces our mantra, do what we do, do well, which has been the backbone of our brand and a reminder to us that what we offer is remarkable.
In response to employers and organisations identifying a shortage of work ready school leavers we started to work with schools. It was important for school students to start learning ‘soft skills’ in areas such as leadership, customer service, and effective communication.
We recognised a gap in youth development and that formal education did not work for everyone, so we re-purposed our unique training style to create a better learning experience for our youth.
This was our opportunity to take 15 years of experience and create a learning journey that wasn’t just about getting youth into employment, but also about changing their lives.
After almost two decades of service our vision has never been clearer. There’s little knowing where the future will take us, but one thing that’s for certain is we will continue to deliver on our promise of quality training.
