The Rutland Regional Emergency Communication Center (Rutland RECC or RRECC) is the regional public safety answering point and public safety dispatch center for the Towns of Barre, Hubbardston, Oakham, and Rutland in Central Massachusetts.
Operated by the Town of Rutland, the RRECC came into existence in 1994 following the consolidation of the Town of Oakham's Public Safety Dispatch Center with the Town of Rutland's. The towns of Barre and Hubbardston joined over a decade later, supported by generous grant funding from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State 911 Grant Programs.
