As South Carolina natives and farmers of land and sea we value fresh, local foods as a way of life. In our search for a better way to get local foods into the hands of the consumer, St. Jude Farms Distribution was created.
We became purveyors, visiting and talking with farmers and fisherman throughout the South searching for the best meats and seafood available. Across the state, farmers and fisherman are providing natural Angus beef, pasteurized chicken, heirloom pork, and seafood from our coasts that are sustainable, wholesome and savory to taste.
Buying more local hasn’t always been the easiest thing to do, but it’s the right thing to do. Our goal is to make it easy for you. No more tracking down product or managing logistics. No sending sous chefs across the state just to pick up tonight’s special. Let the farmers farm, the chefs cook and St. Jude Farms do all the legwork for you. We are willing to take the risk to get it right.
