SELCO/SELS, Southeastern Libraries Cooperating/Southeast Library System, is a regional library system based in Rochester, Minn. It serves academic, public, school and special libraries. The member libraries share resources, programs, personnel and technical innovations to achieve common goals and meet the needs of individual communities.
