Since 2003, CIVIX has provided authentic learning opportunities to help millions of school-aged youth develop the habits of active and informed citizenship. We believe that civic education is the irreplaceable foundation of a robust and successful democracy. Our approach to civic education is about providing opportunities for students to experience their democracy first-hand rather than read it out of a textbook. By reaching students throughout their school career, during and between election periods, we hope to prepare them to responsible and informed citizens.
