We are a leading european supplier of Titanium, Ni-based alloys and aerospace materials addressed to high end markets. Since 1999 we have been improving our capabilities, achieving an integrated quality system EN9100 (production), EN9120 (distribution) and getting 15 OEM qualifications. We strive to ensure our customers the best service in terms of material quality, timely delivery, service and technical support. Our machine diversified fleet allows us a considerable flexibility in the production planning, granting a quick lead time for flat and long products processing and supply. In our workshop operate 4 Flow Water Jet state-of-the-art cutting machines, which enables the manufacturing of parts with complex geometries, according to customer-specific drawings. we rely on the precision of more than 30 AMADA band saw automatic lines for the production of medium and large series. Our 3.000 sqm of covered arehoses are duly equipped with bridge cranes and automatic storage systems. Thanks to the SAP ERP, integrated with our automaded warehouses, it is possible to fully track every single product in stock at any time. Our stock counts 300 tons of Ti and Ni-based alloys for our Customer's programs and allow us to grant quick shipments or to schedule a medium term delivery plan, keeping the material until the Client's call-off. We have patented Ultrasonic Testing II level UT technicians, EN4179/NAS410 according to the aerospace and military Norms. In TIG, we performultrasonic inspections with the latest Phased Array technology equipment by Olympus and we are capable to perform UI Immersion method, in cooperation with our qualified partners.
