By collecting data (on our site and through larger surveys), publishing research, and sharing it back with the WLB community, we validate the wide array of physical and emotional changes that take place during this many-year transition to menopause, the final menstrual period. Hearing about other's experiences ensures that no one feels alone during this often disruptive life phase.
