My carrer goal is to continue to educate and influence others on Lean principles, creating individual and corporate growth. I confidently stand out in the Lean world due to my ability to work with all levels, without intimidation and arrogance. I will guide, coach and develop others to achieve greatness, while remaining humble, and investing in the sum of the whole. I am experienced in creating a Lean program, as well as stepping into and enhancing an existing curriculum.
