We are a leading not for profit providing research-based programs to support the mental health of at risk groups. We’re a small and agile organisation determined to make a difference through the tools of yoga to support inclusion, connection and quality of life. Our mission is to create opportunities for people at risk to positively change their experience of life.
We design and deliver evidence-based, integrative mind-body programs and work closely with other NGO’s, allied health professionals and government agencies to reach vulnerable populations.
Our short and long-term programs are designed to enable connection to self and to others, promote self agency and self efficacy. We use the tools of yoga (breath, whole body movement, mindfulness and cultivating positive values) to support mental, emotional and physical health.
