The International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) is a non-profit, co-educational day school from Early Years to Grade 12 (ages 3-19) serving the international community of central Switzerland. Across both of our campuses and our outdoor education centre over 1,200 students from more than 50 nationalities enjoy a truly international educational experience through the International Baccalaureate Programme (IB).
ISZL is the result of a merger between the Zug American School, the Zug Anglo-American School, the International School of Zug, The Riverside School, and the International School of Luzern.
Our Commitment to Our Students
ISZL’s motto of 'Respect Motivate Achieve' is met not only through academics, but also through the various arts, sports and language programmes offered to our students. ISZL is a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS), European Sports Conference (ECS), and The Association for Music in International Schools (AMIS). ISZL promotes a climate of respect where outstanding teachers encourage students to develop self-confidence, positive relationships, and an enthusiastic approach to learning.
Whether it is in our Primary, Middle or High School, all students are prepared to achieve at their highest level in a happy and friendly environment with the support and encouragement of highly qualified teachers.
