PTS Ltd was formed in 2002, starting with one Falling Weight Deflectometer, and since then we have grown year on year becoming the UK’s leading provider of infrastructure surveys and pavement engineering services, with associated materials testing carried out in our UKAS accredited laboratory.
We operate a state-of-the-art fleet of accredited machines for delivering infrastructure condition surveys and our operations team, led by experienced pavement engineers, successfully deliver hundreds of projects each year across the UK.
Our highly skilled and approachable team have decades of experience across all aspects of highway asset management and infrastructure inspections, pavement design and construction, factory production and control assessment, certification of management systems, and CE marking of construction products.
The business is split into four areas of operation: pavement assessment surveys, UKPMS condition surveys, construction materials testing, and certification. We are based in Preston, with regional offices in Chichester and Leamington Spa, and we cover the whole of the UK.
