Today, we offer diversity and inclusion training to companies so that their employees can put themselves in other people's shoes and create real empathy, improving relationships between individuals as well as the productivity of the organizations themselves. Our co-founders, Mel Slater and Mavi Sánchez, are pioneers in the fields of virtual reality and neuroscience, with over 20 years of experience and over 500 papers in the world's most prestigious publications.
