Eren Holding'in bir iştiraki olan Medcem Çimento Grubu (Grup); Medcem Madencilik, Medcemport, Medcem Beton, Medcem Çimento Satış ve Pazarlama ile Medcem Global şirketlerini bünyesinde bulundurmaktadır. Gruba ait olan Medcem Çimento fabrikası, yılda 7 milyon ton klinker üretim kapasitesiyle dünyanın en büyük çimento fabrikalarından birisidir. Medcem Çimento fabrikasının üretiminin %90'ı, Grubun bünyesinde bulunan ve 60.000 DWT'a kadar gemilere hizmet veren Medcemport limanı aracılığıyla pek çok ülkeye ihraç edilmektedir. Grubun çimento, klinker, uçucu kül, sentetik alçı, taban altı külü, boksit, demir curufu gibi ürünlerinin ihracatı Medcem Global şirketi tarafından yürütülmektedir. Mevcut olarak, Kamerun ve Tunus'ta iki değirmene ve Kıbrıs'ta bir terminale sahip olan grup, Büyük Britanya'da devam eden iki terminal yatırımı ve Avrupa ile Amerika'da kurulması planlanan terminallerle büyümeyi hedeflemektedir. Eren Holding's subsidiary, Medcem Cement Group (the Group), encompasses Medcem Mining, Medcemport, Medcem Concrete, Medcem Cement Sales and Marketing, and Medcem Global companies within its structure. The Medcem Cement factory, owned by the Group, stands as one of the world's largest cement plants with an annual production capacity of 7 million tons of clinker. Approximately 90% of the factory's production is exported to numerous countries through Medcemport, a port within the Group's holdings capable of servicing vessels of up to 60,000 DWT. The export of the Group's products such as cement, clinker, fly ash, synthetic gypsum, bottom ash, bauxite, iron slag, and others is managed by Medcem Global. Currently, the group, which owns two mills in Cameroon and Tunisia and a terminal in Cyprus, aims for growth with ongoing terminal investments in the United Kingdom and planned terminals in Europe and America.
