Jackson. Our four primary work roles: 1. Ensure fidelity to the citywide education plan (The Cleveland Plan), 2. Assess the quality of all Cleveland's public schools, 3. Communicate with families about school quality and options; and 4. Monitor charter sector quality and growth.
