Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books to children from birth to age five at no cost to their families. Shared funding is provided by Dolly Parton's UK Foundation and by local community partners. The Dollywood Foundation UK was established as a charity in 2007 and operates as one of the international divisions of the US-based charity, The Dollywood Foundation. Since 2008, The Dollywood Foundation UK has worked with community partners and sponsors to bring the Imagination Library to children in all four UK nations, and in the Republic of Ireland since 2019.
