The Mindfulness and Positivity Project (MPP) started with two teachers and a shared vision: to help empower students to find peace and happiness in an increasingly complex world. They saw a desperate need, but in their quest to meet it, they discovered a host of research-based strategies and tools that applied well beyond their classrooms. What began as a mindfulness and positivity club led by teachers and mental health professionals for a handful of students has become an organization with non-profit status devoted to empowering organizations of all kinds with the tools needed to foster a truly mindful and positive culture.
The quest for peace and happiness is universal and timeless, but there is simply no time like the present to start the journey. The best part is, research has shown us that it is not only possible, but truly attainable, even in the midst of our greatest challenges. We love learning the science behind well-being and happiness and love sharing that knowledge even more. At the MPP, we are committed to coming alongside of you to listen, teach, and provide the support necessary to cultivate happiness and peace through the practices of mindfulness and positivity.
