St. Antony's International Review (STAIR) is a peer-reviewed Journal of International Affairs established in 2005 at St. Antony's College at the University of Oxford. STAIR seeks to reflect an ethos of open, accessible, and engaged intellectual debate. It provides a forum in which emerging scholars can publish their work alongside established academics and policy-makers and operates a double-blind peer review process. We aim to encourage cross-disciplinary dialogue of contemporary international relevance through a biannual publication consisting of a Theme Section—which anchors the issue through exploration of a topical issue in international affairs—as well as a General Section. In addition, each issue of STAIR features a selection of book reviews and several interviews with top academics and public figures of our age.
