Dragsbaek produces margarine products and other fats for consumers and professional customers in Denmark and a large number of other countries. Dragsbæk produces retail, bakery and industrial products for a large number of countries. A large share of our production is sold in the international market, often under private labels. Dragsbaek products must be as healthy and nutritious as possible. At the same time, the customers must have the choice of a variety of products to fit their needs and tastes. We work to combine taste and functionality with our high health and nutrition standard. We led the way as the first manufacturer in the Danish market to remove trans fats from our products. This was implemented as early as the mid-1990s. The majority of our products are based on vegetable oils, such as rapeseed oil and sunflower oil with a high content of the nutritious unsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. Rapeseed oil is as nutritious as olive oil.
