The Homeless Alliance works to end long-term homelessness in Oklahoma City by building the capacity of the community through collaboration with other agencies, identifying and filling gaps in homeless services, bringing nationally recognized best practices to the community, and working to build a system that is more efficient, rational, and caring.
The Homeless Alliance provides:
- Oklahoma City's only low-barrier Day Shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness and their pets
- Case management for chronically homeless individuals, veterans, and families, housing 858 people in Oklahoma City in 2021
- A Resource Center that brings together social service agencies including Veteran Affairs, Healing Hands, Mental Health Association, Oklahoma County Pharmacy, and the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency
- WestTown Apartments, a 20-unit complex with around the clock support for some of our most vulnerable clients
- Supporting employment programs including Curbside Chronicle, Curbside Flowers, and Sasquatch Shaved Ice
