The Maxel Leadership Council (MLC) is an Non-Government Organisation registered as a Section 8 Not For Profit Company whose mission is to promote, expand and build-up leadership potentials among weaker and unprivileged sections of India including women, to foster and promote character-based leadership amongst all possible sections of society, and help professionals in different fields to improve their management and leadership abilities and skills to excel in their chosen areas. MISSION To invest in and empower the youth to prepare the next generation of socially sensitive value based leaders for a better India. WE CARRY OUT OUR MISSION BY DEVELOPING THE LEADERSHIP POTENTIALS OF OUR YOUTH THROUGH TRAINING, COUNSELLING, MENTORING, INCUBATION, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES.
