Elements provides architectural and landscape design as well as project management services for commercial, retail, hospitality and multi/single family residential construction projects. Established in 2002, we are a full-service design studio which is first and foremost committed to listening to our clients’ needs and dreams in order to develop sustainable, graceful and lasting designs. Both directors have extensive hands-on understanding of construction methods which enables them to anticipate common construction issues and streamline the construction process. We are able to represent our clients on site and ensure that their project will be build to the level of quality they expect. Our projects are located all over the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Therefore, we have experience permitting projects in Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills Los Angeles, the South Bay and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. We have achieved project approvals from a variety of groups such as the coastal commissions, HPOZs, design review boards, home owner associations and art juries.
