The Re-Wired Group is a product and business development consulting firm based in Michigan. The work that we do is focused on a framework we call "Demand-Side Innovation." By focusing on the jobs-to-be-done that consumers have, we work to create and implement demand-generation systems (improved products, and new products and business models).
The concept of Demand-Side Innovation is based on the fact that there is an oversupply of innovation & technology, and that consumers simply don't know how to fit all of it into their lives. By researching and prototyping, we discover how consumer's define the progress that they're trying to make in their life (their value-code) as it directly relates to our client's product. This information enables us to closely match our client's offering to the consumer's job-to-be-done.
Our work spans business-to-business and business-to-consumer industries including CPG, manufacturing, energy, automotive, education, software/web, and healthcare. Clients include Global Fortune 500s (who don't like to be named), 37signals (Basecamp), MailChimp, and Intercom.
