TYS Marine Services Pte Ltd was set up in 1997 as an owner of tugboats and barges to compliment the fleet operated under Winstar Shipping Pte Ltd. The objective of the establishment of TYS Marine Services Pte Ltd is to deal with issues such as the increased complexity of marine insurance, financial, management and administrative matters faced by the Group. The entire fleet of vessels under the Company is being operated and managed by Winstar Shipping Pte Ltd.
