St Joseph's Nudgee College (est. 1891) is a day and boarding school for boys in Years 5 to 12, with a student population of more than 1,700. As a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Tradition, the culture and values of the College are shaped by the Touchstones of inclusive community, gospel spirituality, liberating education and justice and solidarity.
The academic culture of the College is influenced by Art Costa’s “Habits of Mind”, ensuring the empowerment, engagement and encouragement of students, staff, and parents. The College also has extensive sport, art and social justice co-curricular programs, in which staff are welcome to participate.
