Enhance Ministries is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit focused on Building greater unity in the Big "C" Church by helping their people overcome "Lazy River Faith." We do this by 1. Executive Leader Coaching (Any pressing issue, staff culture and systems, conflict resolution, etc.) 2. Encounter Cohorts - Sr. Pastors, local outreach pastors, lay leaders, etc. on a 2 year journey in building and implementing a strategy to overcome "Lazy River Faith" 3. Engage Community Page - Local ministry/service/outreach opportunities with our partners in the Twin Cities
