Vibrant Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center operating four clinic locations in Wyandotte County. In addition to primary medical, dental, behavioral health, women’s health, and pharmacy services, Vibrant Health provides community outreach services, school-based preventative dental services, and school-based behavioral health services. Serving 20,000 patients annually, Vibrant Health is recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.
