Norec is a competence centre for international cooperation. Through work exchanges, we strengthen global partnerships and provide young people with international work experience. Norec facilitates the mutual exchange of personnel between organisations and businesses in Norway and Africa, Asia and Latin-America. Our mandate is to contribute to a lasting improvement in economic, social and political conditions around the world.
