At Sandown Park, we love the dogs! But we're more than just a greyhound track. The welfare of the greyhound and those who care for them at the forefront of everything we do. Our world class racing facilities sets the industry standard in greyhound welfare and integrity. More recently, the club invested in its own rearing and rehoming facility - the beautiful Toongabbie Lodge - emphasising the club's commitment to the greyhound from birth to retirement. On track, the club is home to some of the sport's most prestigious races, including the world's greatest greyhound race, the TAB Melbourne Cup. Off the track, the club not only offers our first class grandstand and function facilities available for use by a number of community and charity groups, but actively participates in a range of programmes and initiatives to wnhance the community in which we serve.
