Health Innovations was created in response to the ever changing needs and challenges of the health and human service systems. We are a woman- and minority-owned company which collectively brings together over 45 years of experience in health and human services. We have access to a comprehensive network of experienced and diverse health and human service professionals and paraprofessionals. Our focus is to find solutions across all spectrums of service programming, implementation, evaluation and training. We offer personalized service, whether it’s working with a patient to navigate the health care system or assisting a program to develop creative strategies to ensure quality of care. Our goal is to increase access to care, improve quality of care and reduce health disparities.
Project Health MOVES (a program of Health Innovations) provides clinical care, prevention/education, HIV/AIDS, STD and hepatitis C counseling and testing, community outreach, and linkage to care in non-traditional venues for those in our community who are the most vulnerable and at most risk for a number of health conditions. All services are patient-centered and approached with the cultural sensitivity necessary in working with diverse populations. Language capacity includes English, Spanish and Portuguese.
