UPG is a Multi-Specialty Physical Medicine Center with Medical Doctors, Chiropractors and Physical Therapist working together to provide better outcomes for patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. We are TriCare providers serving San Diego Military families and retirees. UPG is able to provide services under the medical, chiropractic and physical therapy benefits of most health insurance plans which usually reduces out of pocket expense to the patient.
