Established in August 2021, Yuxin Holdings is a comprehensive mining enterprise integrating mining, exploration, ore production, and trading. Our corporate office is located in Townsville, Queensland. In December 2021, Yulong Gold signed a formal equity acquisition agreement for Yuxin Holdings, an Australian subsidiary, to acquire 100% of NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd, which holds the mineral rights of the Pajingo project in Queensland. In November 2022, Yuxin Holdings completed the Pajingo project transaction.
